We will meet at Liz Bathgate’s home on Wednesday, November 5th at 7 pm to read another Neil Simon play.

This one is “Last of the Red Hot Lovers.” It’s about a man who tries to be an adulterer and fails three times. It is extraordinarily funny and yet also charming.

The author has a mellow and compassionate understanding of how weak and essentially well meaning mankind behaves. This is a genuinely brilliant play. We will have refreshments after the second act.

Everyone who enjoys good company and the chance to read a funny play is urged to come.
