Drama Meeting

We meet at Liz Bathgate’s home, 22112 Queen St., Castro Valley.

This will be our last read for this year. I do hope that Fullerton Branch will continue this program in the Fall.

This month we are reading “The Real Thing” by Tom Stopperd. It examines the nature of honesty focusing on the relationship between Henry and Annie, an actress who is part of a committee to free Brodie, a Scottish soldier imprisoned for burning a memorial wreath during a protest.

We always enjoy a social time before reading and while having tea and refreshments (a berry cobbler) at intermission.
